The next models of the BMW 8 Series

The new BMW 8 Series Gran Coupé, the new M8 Competition Coupé (combined fuel consumption: 10.6 - 10.5 l / 100 km; combined CO2 emissions: 242 - 238 g / km) and the new M8 Competition Convertible (combined fuel consumption : 10.8 - 10.6 l / 100 km; combined CO2 emissions: 246 - 241 g / km). This brings the total number of sports model variants built at the German plant to five, with the sixth member of the family already on the horizon - the BMW M8 Gran Coupé will also celebrate its world premiere later this year, as the plant Dingolfing continues its expansion, already positioning itself as the main plant of the BMW brand for luxury automobiles and continuing its product offensive in this segment.

The new BMW 8 Series Gran Coupé will share the Dingolfing production line, along with the BMW 5 Series, BMW 7 Series and the other BWM 8 Series variants. The Gran Coupé is expected to account for more than half of the volumes of the 8 Series, making it the most widely produced variant in the BMW 8 Series family.
